Attorney Penny Lee Austin has been practicing law in Medford, Oregon for over 25 years.

Penny graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1975 with a BS in Music Education. Her law school education was completed at Willamette University, receiving a Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1980. She is the former chair of the Debtor/Creditor Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar and former President of the Jackson County Bar Association.

In addition to practicing law, Penny is very active as a performing musician and is involved with several nonprofit organizations supporting music in Southern Oregon.
