At Paisano's Italian Kitchen, we strive to use only the freshest ingredients available. We make our own fresh pasta noodles for our lasagna and our pasta ot the day using 100% all natural semolina durham. We make our own fresh Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese from local Umpqua milk. We use imported Italian tomatoes in our sauces. Much of our produce and herbs used are locally grown and organic. Our deli case offers fresh salads, Italian meats, cheeses and olives.
